Why hide the reference?
Because the best stories don't need a label to be felt. If you've read the book, you'll know it the moment you see the shirt — there's a small thrill in that kind of recognition, the same one you get when a stranger quotes the right line at the right moment. If you haven't read it yet, the shirt becomes an invitation rather than a spoiler. Either way, the story stays yours to interpret.

Limited, on purpose
Chapters Vol. I is a numbered, limited run. Once a chapter sells out, it's retired — no reprint, no second batch. That's intentional. Just like a first edition or an out-of-print favorite, scarcity is part of what makes these pieces feel personal rather than mass-produced. If one of the twelve speaks to you, that's the moment to claim it.
